Pricing is at a day rate.  This gives you the most cost effective, flexible way to get value.
You pay when Project management is needed.
As a guide based on recent projects.
£1,000,000 - project management fees Cira. £27,000
£500,000 - project management fees Cira. £18,000
£250,000 - project management fees Cira. £15,000

The amount of work is dependant on what areas you need managing and the project

​eg.  Procurement practices vary across companies. In some cases, procurement is managed internally, while in others, it falls under the project manager's purview. There are also instances where it isn't specifically assigned, so in certain projects, it's integrated into the responsibilities of Cowshed Projects

This is worked out with you at the start, and remains flexible throughout the project.
You are then given an estimate , at an amount of days per week and if it looks like that maybe exceeded in a week, we agree those extras in advance.

If no work is needed there is no charge for that week.
Even on days not charged for I am available for calls.

If it's advice and consultancy that will help, charging is at an hourly rate to make the process more cost effective for you.
