Outline scope of project deliverables: This bespoke fit our exhibition for the recently refurbish magnificent Rochdale town hall to install the exhibition and AV exhibits as part of a specialist sub contractor while the main contractor completed the restoration works to the building.
The scope required managing the procurement and internal build, collaborating with the designers to VE, managing and coordinating many specialist contractors and suppliers to establish the required quality. With extensive coordination with the main contractor to enable working around their schedule and coordinating the technical AV requirements and achieving the required cost and program for a very happy overall client team.
